We begin our top list with the Colonial Mansion McDonald’s, located in Hyde Park, New York.
This impressive building was built as a farmhouse by Joseph Denton and it has been since known as The Denton House.
Until the 1980s, when McDonald’s purchased the property.
But their plans to destroy it and built a new store failed. The building was considered a historical landmark, so McDonald’s had to use it exactly in this form.
