When you think of Bentley you think of luxury and British opulence. And with this new addition to their portfolio it is clear why Bentley is synonym with extravagance.
We love their cars, especially the classic ones (my personal favorites) and the company keep surprising us even to this day.
The ‘flying’ B has expanded its branches into the automotive landscape with two recent concepts offerings. Showcasing the future of the company into the sporty electric cars, the new addition debuted at the Geneva Motor Show.
In 2015 the company released the EXP 10 Speed 6 Concept and a year later returned for Crewe-based car, but this year they’ve brought the coupe’s convertible counterpart, the EXP 12 Speed 6e Concept.
Half electric, and half sports car, the new Bentley is one hundred percent a luxury car.
Designed and developed to showcase part of Bentley’s future in the case it decides to go to this road.
Apparently, Bentley has plans to develop more electric cars and is convinced that an all-electric sports car like the one we are talking about today can be made without compromising the company’s history.
But we did see this happening before and look at the Bentayga and how successful it is as one of the most luxurious SUVs on the market today.
We don’t know if the company is going to this road, but we do know that they’ve had been successful when went out of their comfort zone.
The design of the car isn’t that different from its coupe counterpart with its front profiles of both concepts almost identical right to the last detail.
The exterior design of the concept is a perfect example of the company’s attempt to mix sporty design with modern styling nods to still resemble its own classy tradition.
One rather important feature of the EXP 12 Speed 6e Concept’s interior styling is the steering wheel, which comes with its own handmade, cut-glass sections where controls for media, communications, navigation, and the car’s overall setup are all found.
