Moët & Chandon Launched MCIII Its New Champagne
MCIII is Moët & Chandon new innovative champagne. Have you seen it yet?
The Moët & Chandon house founded by Claude Moët in 1743 is used to creating surprise in the wine world.
And after the Moët & Chandon have thrilled us with their ‘Moët Ice Imperial’, a unique blend specially created to consume with ice cubes, now the brand is coming to delight us with more awesomeness.
From the house of Moët & Chandon comes the futuristic-inspired, vintage champagne called MCIII.
This new luxury drink comes from blending three different wines, grown and aged in metal, wood and glass.
The brand’s Chef de Cave has approached the all thing a differently and so this champagne contains 37% chardonnay and pinot noir vinified in stainless steel vats.
The process helps endow an intense fruity dimension to the wine that ‘evokes the sophistication and the sparkle of summer’, the company was quoted saying.
Let’s not forget to mention that the new blend will also contain a high proportion of “Grand Vintage” wines from 1998, 2000 and 2002, partially matured in oak barrels.
Lastly, it will contain the champagnes from the bottled Grand Vintage collection that dates back from the 1999, 1998, and 1993 vintages.
‘This layer completes the balance of the blend. Deep and roasted notes reinforce the remarkable impression of maturity while enhancing the vitality.’
The ingredients were so good joined together that the result is a beautifully yellow with a golden glow and fine bubbles champagne, and packed in a stunning black bottle.
When you pour that into a glass, not only you get to open one of the best champagnes, but also you’ll see that the wine releases coffee, malt and hazelnut aromas, and some notes of pecan and citrus fruit.
When you finally get a sip from the bubbly champagne, the nectar recalls candied citrus fruits, particularly dry fig, with a mineral finish.
The new MCIII has been named in reference to the initials of the house and its three-layer blending process (and matured in the cellars for 10 years).
You can now purchase a bottle of this amazing champagne, because is available directly from the Moët & Chandon house priced at €450 ($508).
After you buy a bottle of this champagne, make sure you buy the most expensive champagne glasses, so the package be complete.
