Daniel Craig Net Worth: How rich is Daniel Craig? & How much money is Daniel Craig worth? Time to find out!

Daniel Craig is an English actor, and his current net worth is $150 million.

One of British theatre’s most famous faces, Daniel Craig was born in Chester, Cheshire, England to Carol Olivia, an art teacher, and Timothy John Wroughton Craig, the landlord of the pubs Ring o’ Bells in Frodsham, Cheshire.

Growing up on the Wirral Peninsula, he went to primary school in Frodsham and Hoylake, Merseyside.

After failing his Eleven plus, he attended Hilbre High School in Merseyside, along with his older sister Lea.

After his parents got divorced, he and his sister went to stay with their mother in Liverpool.

At the age of six, he began acting in school plays and after he joined the Everyman Theatre in nearby Liverpool City Center with his mother, he became serious about what he wants to do.

After he was accepted into the National Youth Theatre, he left school and moved to London, when he was just 16 years old.

There, to support his studies, had to work part-time in restaurants, and only after some failed attempts to audition for drama schools, he was granted to study at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama at the Barbican, from where he graduated after three years of study.

He made his first film debut in the drama The Power of One, in 1992, then other small parts followed, such as in the Disney film A Kid in King Arthur’s Court (1995).

He did not reach international fame until after he was cast as the fictional British secret agent James Bond in 2005, for the role in Casino Royale.

For his performance as Ian Fleming’s James Bond he won a BAFTA Award nomination, and Casino Royal became the highest-grossing in the series at the time.

After he finished shooting for Casino Royale, he had his body insured for $9.5 million.

Two years later, he reprised his role as James Bond in Quantum of Solace.

Since he was cast as the spy, he continued to receive good critics acclaim and was cast and many other successful films such as Cowboys & Aliens (2010), The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo (2011), and also made a guest appearance as James Bond in the opening ceremony of the London 2012 Olympic Games.

As of February 2017, he is the second longest serving James Bond, surpassed only by Roger Moore.

After his last appearance as James Bond, in Spectre (2015), he was reportedly offered $150 million for two more Bond films.

And it seems that he might have accepted to do one more because “Tom Hiddleston is too smug”, but right now it is just a rumor.
