9. Iain Glen: $1.6 Million
The Scottish actor was born in Edinburgh, and educated at the Edinburgh Academy followed by the University of Aberdeen. He then trained at RADA in London, where he won the Bancroft Gold Medal.
When you first saw Ser Jorah Mormont played by Iain Glen wasn’t he looked familiar to you?
Before Game of Thrones he starred in many films, and for some he won several awards.
For example in 1990, he won the Silver Bear for Best Actor at the 40th Berlin International Film Festival for his role in Silent Scream.
If we were to talk about his career as an actor we will be here all day long, because he had some good roles among the years.
Roles from series like The Time of Angels where he played Father Octavian, in the fifth season of Doctor Who he was part of a two episode story.
In 2012, he starred in BBC drama series Prisoners’ Wives, where he played Paul, the husband of Francesca.
Having a long time career didn’t help its wealth to much, I know you expected him to be higher on our list, but he only has a net worth estimated at $1.6 million.
But now that he plays one of the important characters in HBO drama series Game of Thrones, his wealth will probably grow.
We are looking forward to see more of him in Game of Thrones.
