This rich tycoon from India has made 90 people happy by donating money to build houses for the homeless people. The money that was destined for his daughter’s wedding.
The rich man, Ajay Munot is a wholesale trader of cloth and wheat in the Aurangabad district of eastern India. He planned to spend the equivalent of more than $120,000, about Rs 70-80 lakh, on a luxurious wedding for his daughter.
Instead of splashing out the money he spent it on helping the poor.
The wealthy businessman chose to build 90 homes on two actress of land for the homeless people.
He carefully chose the people who would live in the houses, with the help of a set of three criteria to see who was worth it, according to the Free Press Journal.
The people who would benefit from the homes would need to be poor, live in a slum and not suffer from any addiction.
Each house is 12 by 20 square foot and features two windows and two doors, as well as fitted with lights.

The daughter said she understands and supports her father’s decision to give others. After the wedding, the newlyweds handed over the keys to the homeless people.
Shreya told ANI News she considered her father’s decision the “biggest gift for her wedding”.
The homeless people who benefited from the gift are already living in the houses that Ajay Munot built for them.
There is one woman who said she is happy now that she and her family have a place to live and do not have to deal with the struggle of finding water and electricity.
‘We have some responsibilities towards our society,’ said the Indian businessman.
