13. Terry Irwin
In the morning of September 4th, 2006, Terri went trekking with her two children in Tasmania. While her late husband, Steve Irwin, went to Batt Reef, Queensland, to film a documentary.
Little did she know, it was the day she lost the love of her life. The crocodile hunter sustained heart injury from stingray sting.
Fifteen years prior to that, the two fell in love at the first sight as they met at one of Australia’s wildlife rehabilitation facilities. They got engaged just two months after that.
Now, she continues her work in wildlife field. She also supports her daughter’s career in entertainment. The cheerful Bindi Irwin just won the 21st America’s Dancing with the Stars by scoring perfect 10s from all three judges in all of her three numbers.
