9) Wolverine’s claws – $40,250
Just like Spider-Man, Wolverine is a fictional character, a superhero that appears in comics published by Marvel Comics.
As you are well aware, Wolverine is often liked with the X-Men. He was created in 1974 by Len Wein and Marvel art director John Romita.
Wolverine is a mutant, born with the ability to rapidly recover from any injury or ailment.
His weapon? He has long retractable claws that come from the backs of his hands. His skeleton is laced with a fictional metal known as adamantium, which makes him indestructible.
Because he was so popular as a comic book character, Marvel decided to make some films about him.
And so, a set of claws worn by Hugh Jackman, as part of his Wolverine costume from X2: X-Men United, were sold by Profiles in History in 2007.
Made from hard plastic, the claws are apparently the only paired set of claws released from the studio.
The claws are curved at the back end so that could fit perfectly between the wearers knuckles. They are also tapered to appear as if they are protruding directly from the skin.
