Most Expensive Condo in Brooklyn is Up for Sale
This is the most expensive condo in Brooklyn and it is up for sale!
The 11,000-square-foot condo is spread over three floors and located at One Brooklyn Bridge Park.
You know that Manhattan has always been the most expensive borough in New York, but now many parts of Brooklyn are becoming even more expensive. Those parts are quickly becoming some of the most desirable place to live.
And recently, with the most expensive condo in Brooklyn they are proving us right.
The condo is owned by hedge fund CEO and founder Stuart Leaf and his wife, and they have made it a true luxurious home.
A few months ago, Stuart Leaf was sitting in his Brooklyn Heights apartment when he got a call from his wife asking when he’d be home.
That moment it dawned upon them that they both had been home for three hours but the space was so massive neither realized it. This incident triggered the 53-year-old founder of Cadogan Management to take the decision to list it with Karen and Alan Heyman of Sotheby’s International Realty.
Asking $32 million, the unit is the priciest condo ever to hit the market in Brooklyn.
They have combined nine individual units to create this massive condo that is, of course, located on the top floors of the building.
After living there for some time, they felt like the space is too much for them. So they put the condo up for sale, but it’s got a pretty large price tag that makes it the most expensive condo in Brooklyn.
Listed through Sotheby’s International Realty, this amazing penthouse condo offers plenty of luxurious living space, modern comforts, and views that cannot be matched.
In total there are six bedrooms, six bathrooms, two half-bathrooms, a massive kitchen, a large living room, a fitness room, a private theater, and even a wine room that can accommodate 3,500-bottles.
The one-of-a-kind penthouse residence boasts spectacular sweeping views of the Manhattan skyline including Brooklyn Bridge Park, Statue of Liberty, downtown New York City skyline and the Brooklyn Bridge from almost every room and terrace.
Oversize living room and eat-in chefs kitchen makes it ideal for entertaining guests.
The apartment also has a 3,500-bottle wine room off the dining room, a gym with a rock-climbing wall and a screening room, as well as two deeded parking spaces downstairs.
Also the 75-foot-long terrace is fitted with a barbecue, a sound system and fully irrigated plant boxes with a peach tree.
