Would you want to buy Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin’s NYC Penthouse?
Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin are relisting their Tribeca penthouse with more than $4 million!
It seems like there is no one who would like to buy the couple’s NYC home, and they still want to get rid of it.
The couple, who has two children and divorced in 2014, relisted their downtown Manhattan home for $9.995 million, according to official listing records.
They seem to want to get rid of the penthouse so bad and applied a discount from the $14.25 million to $9.995 million.
Gwyneth Paltrow had no luck selling the property which she even featured it on her website, but couldn’t find a buyer.
The lavish New York Penthouse is a 361-square-meter of living space, featuring three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms.
There is also a luxurious kids-bedroom, which has a tree-themed four-poster bed.
The penthouse was designed by Roman and Williams and includes 3.3 meter ceilings, painted white floors, French doors, and an impressive 45-square-meter decked terrace that comes with a sofa swing.
Other appliances include a six-burner Thermador range with a grill, double ovens and a Viking range hood, a Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer with four extra drawers, a Miele Incognito dishwasher, and a Gaggenau espresso machine and steamer.
The place also has some sweet amenities like a doorman, a gym, and direct elevator access to the garage.
Within the suite, there are four custom closets and an en suite bathroom with heated floors, a walk-in steam shower, deep soaking tub, and dual-sink vanity. The additional two bedrooms have large closets and en suite bathrooms.
Property records show that Paltrow and Martin paid $5.146 million for the penthouse in 2007 through the Orchard House, LLC.
The listing agent declined to comment. Spokespeople for Martin and Paltrow did not respond immediately to requests for comment.
