An outstanding ” white dream ” that overflows with joy and relaxation. The elements of the interior design are minimal and modern at the owner’s desire. The budget was small but the architecture firm totally succeeded in delivering an impressive residence.

The layout of the University Place is a fluid open-plan, replacing the previous space that was covered in dark wooden floors.

The duplex offers us a place filled with serenity and calm because of the perfect use of the white color palette and the blue light. ” The use of white and light blue throughout the apartment helps keep the space bright and creates a calming atmosphere, perfect for raising their newly born child. ”

When the owner needs a real intimate place the living room can be closed off with the help of the custom sliding doors, creating a separated space. The University Place features a dining room, a kitchen, an amazing bathroom and a living room located at the upper floor of the duplex.

” An open kitchen with integrated appliances and ample storage sits over the location of an existing bathroom. ”

The lower floor and the upper floor are connected through a beautifully designed staircase with glass rails and stainless steel for the hand rails. The lower floor also features a changing room, a bed, a walk-in closet, a desk and a bathroom.
