The Plaza Hotel,  located in the Midtown Manhattan neighborhood is a national and international known 20-story luxury hotel condominium apartment building owned by the Indian company  Sahara India Pariwar.

Tommy Hilfinger’s Duplex Penthouse is a impeccably designed luxury home with outstanding views over the Central Park.  The residence in Manhattan represents an extended version of Tommy’s personality.

The remarkable residence cost $ 20 million to be redesigned and “the luxurious finishes and materials” used for this house restored the property to its “original glamour of a bygone era coupled with 21st century conveniences.”

The beautiful decor was created to complement Tommy Hilfinger’s incredible collection of  Warhols, but don’t really know if the future buyer will have the duplex penthouse along with the paintings.
