13. Omas Platinum Phoenix ($60,000)
Omas was also a world-renowned pen manufacturer from Italy. It stands for Officina Meccanica Armandi Simoni, which obviously represents the founder’s name. Unfortunately, it was put in liquidation last year after 90 years of running.
Even though it is definitely a bad thing for the company, it could benefit the Omas pens’ owners. Since they are no longer manufactured, their value may rise. In several years, Omas pens can be some of the most exclusive collectible items in the world. So, if you have any of them, hold on to it and keep it in good condition.
This pen, Omas Platinum Phoenix, was the second costliest pen the company ever made. The one you see on the picture above is actually the regular Platinum Phoenix pen which cost around $10,000. But the one we talk about here is the limited luxury edition with additional encrusted diamonds.
Unfortunately, since the company is no longer active, we cannot find enough information about it. All we know is that the pen is made of top-class platinum with 18K gold on its nib. And it was bundled with $60,000 price tag.
