This is How the Inside of Beyonce & Jay Z’s New LA Mansion Looks Like
Take a look inside Beyonce and Jay Z’s $45 million rental. They’ve been forced to leave their former rental place, after it was sold.
They seem to be in a spree of purchasing pricey things. This comes a day after we’ve seen their expensive yacht.
After they’ve been forced to leave their old home, the couple is now renting the $45 million Holmby Hills palace.
The place they are now renting used to be owned by ex-L.A. Dodgers owner Frank McCourt.
McCourt sold the property to a British billionaire last year for $45 million, but it seems that the new owner was never seen.
We think that might the reason why he recently decided to put the palace on the market for lease, asking for around $150k per month.
TMZ sources say that the music couple has signed a 1-year lease contract with the owner.
Now, Bee and her husband, the rapper Jay Z have 20,000 square feet at their disposal, where they can live with their daughter in peace.
Complete with an indoor Olympic-sized pool complex and an outdoor pool with a waterfall and formal gardens, this seems like a nice home.
Jay Z decided to rent the property in Los Angeles, because he says is a good place to raise Blue Ivy.
Beyonce and Jay Z have a daughter together who was born on January 7th 2012.
The couple can certainly afford the extravagant monthly installments, according the Celebrity Net Worth, they have a combined net worth of $1 billion.
Jay Z , the singer behind “Empire State of Mind,” and Beyoncé, who hails from Houston, reportedly chose to move to L.A. because they believe it’s a good place to raise their 3-year-old daughter, Blue Ivy.
Their latest high-priced rental comes just one month after the couple was booted from their last lavish L.A. rental when the owner sold it for $35.5 million.
The two artists were given a chance to purchase the plush pad themselves, but they chose not to outbid the deep-pocketed buyer.
What do you think? Looks better? Looks like an environment where you can raise a 3-year-old?
