The first dictator on the list of evil villains with royal lifestyles is Josef Stalin, the man who is famous for his ruling of Russia.
For 30 years in the job Stalin made it clear that the world is divided in poor and wealthy people who deserve the best and the people who help them accomplish that.
While he was ruling with fear, removing everybody in his way and everyone who was trying to do something to make him abdicate, Stalin did the same for all his extravagant lifestyle wishes.
So for all his luxury items and lavish desires, he made somebody suffer or he just got rid of them.
Over the years he became the evil dictator who took from the people to make himself rich and build up a net worth of $75 million.
