9. Spyker C8 Aileron ($500,000)
Up next in our rappers car list is a car owned by a five times Grammy nominated rapper, Akon. Although its suggested retail price is less than $300,000, Spyker C8 Aileron is sold around $500,000 due to high demand.
In 2012, Akon had his Spyker C8 customized (with all yellow interior) and he said this is his favorite ride among his car collections. He didn’t change the exterior much. He just added the Savini Forged SV-29s Centerlock wheels.
This model of Spyker C8 debuted in 2009. It features 4.2 L V8 Audi engine with 298 kilowatts (400 horsepower). It goes as fast as 187 miles per hour.
Spyker company has aviation heritage. You can see it on the C8 Aileron. It features cues from second-generation aircraft propulsion highlighting the turbine blade rather than the propeller.
