Jean Todt managed Scuderia Ferrari team during its golden era. Under his fifteen years of command, Ferrari won a total of fourteen Formula 1 world championship titles (drivers and manufacturers combined). Unfortunately, since his departure, Ferrari hasn’t been able to return to its finest.
Todt is now the President of Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA). He is on top of the motorsport food chain, if you will. He has been in this position since 2009, when he left Ferrari.
Not many people know that Todt has some experience in racing himself. He was a rally co-driver since 1960s before he decided to switch his role to motorsport management in 1982. He joined Ferrari in 1993 when he became the General Manager. Then in 2004, he became the team’s CEO.
Todt’s net worth is estimated to be around $10 million. Since he is the President of FIA, you would assume that he has more than that. Well, at least he has one more important thing: the love of his partner, Michelle Yeoh.
