Big Boi is an American rapper, songwriter, actor and record producer and his current net worth is $55 million.

Born and raised in Savannah, Georgia, he moved to Atlanta to live with his Aunt Renne, after he graduated from Herschel V. Jenkins High School.

After a while he decided to pursue a career in music at a visual and performing arts Magnet school, Tri-Cities High School.

Son of Chico Dusty received general acclaim from most music critics, earning praise for its inventive sound, varied musical style, and Big Boi’s lyricism. It also had an official music video where famous rappers appeared.

Then in 2012 he released his second solo album called Vicious Lies and Dangerous Rumors, with its first single Mama Told Me, featuring Kelly Rowland.

The album featured guest appearances from ASAP Rocky, Ludacris, T.I., Little Dragon, Phantogram, Kelly Rowland and B.o.B.

In 2014 he signed a record deal with Epic Records.

He is currently working on his third solo album titled Boomiverse.

In 2006 he had his first film role in ATL and Idlewield, followed by a leading role in Who’s Your Caddy.

In 2002 he married Sherlita Patton, with whom he has two children.
