Most Expensive Home in Beverly Hills

Who would have thought that the most expensive home in Beverly Hills was used in “Godfather”?

The home in Beverly Hills is now for sale.

The house that once belonged to media guru William Randolph Hearst is for sale at $135 million.

Hearst became the owner of the hose in 1946 and became his home until he passed away in 1951.

After his dead another iconic owner, Leonard Ross, bought the house in 1976 for just $2 million.

And again, the house is back on the market where Leonard Ross decided to put it.

Is not the first time when the house is on the market. In 2007 was the first time when the house was on the market for $165 million.

No one wanted to buy the house and the price went down a few times when they finally listed at $115 million just about nine months ago.

Also, the house was offered for rent, at the price of $60,000 per month.

“The Beverly Hills” home is quite a celebrity and it did not deserve a price that low.

The home was featured in famous movies such as “Bodyguard” and “Godfather” and also on the cover of the magazine “Vanity Fair” and on “The New York Times”, “The Wall Street Journal”.

Even the President John F. Kennedy took his wife for their honeymoon in this expensive home in Beverly Hills. Plus the singer Rihanna celebrated her birthday under the roof of the house.

But now let’s talk about some of the specs for this home.

Location: On a private hill near Sunset Boulevard the house sits on 3.7-acre lot. With more than 50,000 the house is divided in 30 bedrooms and 40 bathrooms.

You don’t need to go out any more if you live in this home, because it has a nightclub, a cinema, some game rooms, a library and the list can go on.

If you are into mood of playing sports outdoors or lying around the pool the home also features two tennis courts and a gigantic pool.

Also features another two-story gate house for your guests with a spacious garage for eight cars and a security house.

They say is the perfect combination of Spanish and Italian style.
