They own not 1, but 4 houses, one in Hollywood Hills, Los Angeles, one in New York, the 3th is in Los Feliz, Los Angeles, and one is West Hollywood.
Their first house was bought for $6.5 million and it is located in Hollywood Hills, Los Angeles.
Built in 1922, the mansion spreads over an area of 8.835 square feet, featuring 7 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, a swimming pool, a guest house, 4 garages and an outdoor patio.

Katy’s second house, which is in the last photo, is known as ‘TriBeCa penthouse’, came with a price tag of $2.7 million.
The 1.500-square-foot fancy home is located in New York, and has 2 bedrooms, 2 exotic bathrooms, a kitchen and a south-facing terrace which provides full city view.
Good news! The penthouse can be yours! Apparently the singer is tired of it and wants to sell it for the exact same price, $2.7 million.
The 3rd 1922 built Mediterranean-style house spreads over an area of 1.500 square feet and features 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a large living room, cottage style kitchen, a 3-car garage, rooftop terrace and a Roman style swimming pool.
Finally, there’s this condo. Located in West Hollywood, this condo has a total of 780 square meter of interior space, with 1 master bedroom and 2 smaller bedrooms.
Among other features are included a fireplace, crown moldings, a terrace garden and a swimming pool.
Rihanna doesn’t have the same number of houses as Katy Perry, but it’s close.
