Charice competed on Little Big Star and lost. So, she turned to YouTube. Haras Fyre, American songwriter, was caught by her performance. He helped her sign a deal with a talent management agency.
Not long after, she made her debut on Ellen in 2007. It was her first appearance on American TV. It was the breakthrough she needed to be discovered by the world.
