She has renewed a two-year residency contract at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegan, and now she is going to need a place fit for her big family.
The working mom bought a beautiful estate in Thousand Oaks for $7.4 million.
The princess of Pop, ranked 82nd on Forbes’ 2015 Celebrity 100 list, with an income of $31 million.
She took $7.4 million out of that money to buy a 13,264-square-foot mansion located on 21 acres of land in Thousand Oaks, California.
Situated in a gated enclave at 2300 White Stallion Road, the mansion features five bedrooms, and seven-and-a-half baths.
Besides having incredible views, Britney’s house also includes a marble-floored foyer that leads into a carpeted great room with a 35-foot-high ceiling and colossal fireplace.
There’s also a big fireplace flanked by wooden media cabinets. The home’s formal living room is anchored by a limestone mantelpiece while its oak-paneled library, which is outfitted with built-in bookshelves, has Parquet de Versailles floors and its own hearth.
Then, there’s the center-island kitchen which is equipped with everything a professional chef needs, and is there to connect to an informal dining area with a bay window.
Upstairs, it is another story. It boasts a grandiose master suite replete with a private terrace with mountain views, custom-fitted walk-in closets, and marble-clad his-and-hers baths, along with four en-suite guest bedrooms and a media room.

The real estate purchase comes as a surprise for many of us, when you think about Britney’s actual fortune and how much she has lost.
The 33-year-old mother-of-two has come a long way since her days at rehab and behaving badly.
