On number 8 we have Pitt Street Mall, in Sydney.
As the name says, Pitt Street Mall is all about shopping! The pedestrianized area of Pitt Street, the Pitt Street Mall is one of the busiest shopping centres in Australia.
It is place in between Market Street and Kind Street, and is one long block filled with brand stores and flagship stores. You can also find speciality stores, such as Myer, Glasshouse, David Jones, Sydney Arcade, Mid City Shopping Centre, Westfield Sydney, and The Strand Arcade.
To rent a place in Sydney’s Fashion Center is not cheap at all, costing you up to $850 per square feet annually.
