13. You might need to move to a different place
If you love your Ferrari so much, the idea of moving out of your current suburb will start to make sense. The perfect neighborhood for a sport car owner is somewhere quiet and equipped with great road infrastructures.
While other cars can suit any kinds of garage, a Ferrari may need a special one. One that is secure yet revealing enough (of course you want to show it off). And one that is functional for you yet suit the car’s needs as well.
What about renting a parking space somewhere in the city? If I were you, I would have sleepless night worrying about it. Plus, you have to have another vehicle to get you to the parking space just to see it.
One thing lead to another, you may end up reconstructing your house. That means more money than just the millions you have spent on buying the car alone.
