13. Porsche Carrera GT Zagato ($1.5 million)
Sports car fans out there must have heard of Zagato many times before. This name is commonly found attached to sports car brands such as Aston Martin and Porsche. For those who don’t know, Zagato is not a term or a car model. It is actually an independent coachbuilding company from Italy.
Since 1919, Zagato has been known for giving magical touches on some of the world’s best sports cars, including this Porsche Carrera GT Zagato. This one was built for Ernst Berg, a rally driver.
Compared to the regular Porsche Carrera GT, this one has redesigned hood and bumpers (both front and back). Plus, a double-bubble Zagato roof was added.
Built for a race car driver, it is powered with a stunning 5.7-liter V10 engine with a power output of 612 hp. With such features, and interference of both world-renowned racer and coachbuilding company, a $1.5 million price tag is a pretty good deal.
