Ricky Gervais was born on June 25, 1961 in Reading, Berkshire, England as Ricky Dene Gervais. He is a writer and producer, known for The Office (2005), The Invention of Lying (2009) and Cemetery Junction (2010).
Ricky Gervais is a true master of the TV entertainment medium. He was featured in many TV shows, plenty of stand-up and lots of movies.
Most of his income was due to the idea he had for the show “The Office”. He was the executive producer of the American version of The Office. The show was based on his UK series, and because of that he received plenty of syndication money.
He is currently working on his fifth stand up show, which will be titled “Humanity.”
