Bentley is set to Design Villas On Dubai Sweden’s Island

Soon We Will Have Bentley Villas on Dubai’s Sweden Islands

How excited are you for the Bentley villas on Dubai’s Sweden islands?

We love when we get the chance to write about apparently two different thing, that in the end combined into a beautiful design.

Just like famous car manufacturer Bentley did when combined its style with real estate and designed some villas in Dubai.

When you think that Dubai couldn’t get any crazier, cooler and more futuristic, the guys from Bentley are set to design some villas on Dubai Sweden’s Island.

Now Bentley speeds up to Dubai to design the interiors of luxury properties, and will be the first luxury real estate project in Dubai to be furnished by Bentley Home.

But what is Sweden?

Sweden  is a part of The Heart of Europe area, a cluster of six European themed islands on The World that represent aside of Sweden, Germany, Monaco, Switzerland, St. Petersburg Island and Main Europe.

Located four kilometers off the coast of Dubai, The World will have $15 million villas designed by Bentley.

Each villa will offer the opportunity to live the way one drives a car, from one of the most prestigious and iconic European brand.

All the luxurious villas will feature a range of handmade furniture, everything from extravagant materials and left with ‘high-quality finishes that are synonymous with Bentley car interiors’.

The project will have a starting price of $15 million and depending on the plot size, the fact that only five of the ten luxury properties on Sweden Island will be furnished by Bentley Home will help to maintain exclusivity.

“Excavation has commenced on Sweden island and concrete work is about to begin. The first villa will be fitted out and furnished during the first quarter of 2016.“

“The remaining nine Sweden villas will be completed by December 31, 2016, in time for a Swedish-themed New Year’s Eve extravaganza on the island,” the company said.

These proprieties are 21,168 square feet and will be ready just in time for Swedish-themed New Year’s Eve festivities on the island, in the last quarter of 2016.

Each villa was designed by famous architect Carlo Colombo and furnished by Bentley Home. The design of each place is inspired by the beautifully crafted and intricate structure of inverted Swedish Viking ship.

The villas will surely have all the details that make a Bentley one of the best cars incorporated into the handmade furniture, rendering a Bentley touch in every room and corner.

“The range of handmade furniture is inspired by the techniques, materials and high quality finishes that are synonymous with Bentley car interiors,” the company claimed.

Special features include snow and sauna rooms, floor-to-ceiling windows, exclusive finishes and fit outs, expansive balconies, a gym and spa, a private infinity pool and landscaped gardens.

“The island will not only be home to the finest Swedish architecture and design, but it will also bring the best of Swedish culture and lifestyle to Dubai.”

“We want to ensure people are genuinely able to experience Sweden on The Heart of Europe, through food, music, festivals, traditions and architecture,” he had said.

Each villa will be finished to the highest quality specifications throughout and feature a customized, state-of-the-art party and chill-out floor.
