12. Dave Tedder ($150 per hour)
Who would have thought that someone who considered the art of tattooing as illegal would turn out to be one of the highest paid tattoo artists in the world?
Yup, Dave Tedder was once not into tattooing at all. But he was working close to this side of the world as he was a piercer in South Carolina. Something must have happened to him as he moved to Florida to learn more about this artwork.
He began his tattoo journey at Bulldog Tattoo under Holden Ritchison’s guidance. He followed his footsteps as his mentor left the tattoo shop to join Babylon Tattoo. Long story short, he is now a part of Memorial Tattoo in Atlanta, Georgia.
