As mentioned before, FIA has a high standard for racing venue. This includes the infrastructures around the racing venue, such as hotels, restaurants, hospital, road, security, and airport.
Therefore, each of the 21 racing venue is obligated to provide those high standard infrastructures for everyone involved, including us the spectators. Take a look at Monte Carlo, Monaco. The world’s richest country is one of the hosts of Formula 1 race.
