10. Ferrari 375-Plus Spider Competizione
This Ferrari 375-Plus Spider Competizione is the only surviving example of the five that were ever built.
Its name is a reference to its 4.9-litre V12 engine, and this car was a factory racer, taking part in the Mille Miglia, 24 Hours of Le Mans and 12 Hours of Sebring.
After being abandoned in Cincinnati (i don’t know who even has the heart to do that), the Ferrari 375-Plus Spider Competizione was apparently removed from there, and sold to a French buyer.
Its owner then reported the car as being stolen, making the authorities in Belgium impounding the car.
The issue was settled eventually, and after a long lawsuit, the Ferrari 375-Plus Spider Competizione was restored.
