The LEGOLAND Florida Hotel Officially Opens Its Doors To Guests

The new LEGOLAND Hotel, part of the LEGOLAND Florida Resort has opened its doors this month (May).

LEGOLAND Florida at 150-acres is the largest of all of the LEGOLAND Parks around the world.

Just 45 minutes from Orlando, the Resort is situated along the shores of Lake Eloise in the city of Winter Haven, and is divided into 11 zones.

LEGO’s first United States hotel has opened in 2013, at the LEGOLAND California Resort.

This is the second hotel in the United States at the Legoland Florida Resort. Located in Winter Haven, the hotel had its opening with Lego figures shot out of cannons from atop of the building’s roof.

This brand new hotel has 152 rooms. Every single one of them features LEGO models and a scavenger hunt that the little ones can complete to unlock a treasure chest.

If you decide to book a room at this hotel you won’t regret it, especially if the stay at the hotel comes with complimentary access to LEGO play area and other entertainment centers, including access to all attractions, because it is located steps from the park.

It is the place where both children and their families have the opportunity to participate in daily Master Model Builder Workshop where they can work with professional LEGO model makers.

You will get to enjoy one of the themed rooms, mater builder classes and a swimming pool filled with floating bricks.

This is one of those hotels where both the kid and the parents can relax and enjoy a nice holiday.

The brand new LEGOLAND Hotel is precisely the type of holiday accommodation that kids’ dreams are made of.

Full buffet breakfast at the on-site restaurant is likewise included, as well as nightly entertainment and access to the hotel’s heated pool, complete with floating Lego bricks.

The most difficult part of your adventure will be choosing with Lego-themed room to choose: Pirate, Kingdom, Adventure or Lego Friends.

While they’ll also have their own TV in their private space, the kids will surely need to get some sleep, especially because everyone who stays here will have access to rides before the park officially opens in the morning.

Moreover, the new Hotel, the Resort has more than 50 rides, shows and attractions as well as a separate Water Park all aimed at children of ages 2 to 12.

And for adults looking to indulge in a quick post-theme park tipple, the Skyline Lounge offers snacks and beverages.

The different areas include everything from pink-knuckle roller coasters to an Imagination Zone and a Lego City, where kids can even learn to drive their own boats and Lego cars.

The prices? Well, they start at £50 for an adult, £45 for a child aged three to 12 years and just £3 for a child up to two.
