This Palazzo-style Luxury Villa in San Francisco has an impeccable European Vibe

This Home in San Francisco Has Its Own Tesla Charging Station

This home in San Francisco has its own Tesla charging station! How cool is that?

The history of the Villa de Martini in Telegraph Hill has its ups and downs. The Mediterranean-style villa was built in 1929 and since then it had several owners.

It is loaded to the hilt with palazzo-style ceilings, travertine patios, and European-style gardens.

One year ago, the home was originally listed for $16 million. But since then the villa has been undergone a series of price cuts, and now is valued at $11 million, $5 million less than its first price.

The current owners bought the four-bed, three-bath, villa in 2004 for $7.3 million.

But the place isn’t looking the way it looked back in 2004. They have renewed the place entirely giving it a top-to-bottom sprucing, and perhaps then they incorporated the Tesla charging station.

They have put so much work into the details of the home, from the silver-leaf vaulted ceilings in the living room, to the Venetian hand-plastered walls and inlaid-wood floors.

The home sits on an extra-large lot and, per the broker babble, has “a motor court which is designed to be tented for parties.”

After multiple price chops in more than a year on the market, the mansion in San Francisco’s Telegraph Hill neighborhood has finally sold for $9.98 million, according to Curbed SF.

With lots of Italian-inspired art throughout, the house is beautiful, but its detached garage and motor court is what makes it truly unique.

According to the listing, it comes with its very own Tesla charging station, though there’s no word on whether the car is part of the package.

We hope that the new owner already has a Tesla car. If not, it is probably a good idea to buy one.

Because it was built in 1929, reports say that this was the first building in the city to be built using concrete.

The house is surrounded by lush gardens and olive trees. And there’s lots of comfortable outdoor lounging space.

There’s also lots of fascinating art all over the property, including this mosaic on one of the upper patios. And there’s some beautiful Italian-inspired carving on this column.

The kitchen is spacious and comes with all of the necessary built-in appliances, though we are not sure what to think about that dog.

What do you think about this amazing San Francisco home that comes with its own Tesla charging station?
