12. Vertu Signature Cobra ($310,000)
Back in 2006, British manufacturer, Vertu, launched its most expensive mobile phone called Vertu Signature Cobra. The collaboration between Vertu and French Jeweler, Boucheron, produced this unique mobile phone. It is bundled with $310,000 price tag. Only eight units were ever produced.
As you lay your eyes on this Vertu Signature Cobra, you will notice the snake wrapping on the edge of the front. It is made of precious stones. The body of the snake consists of 439 rubies. The eyes are made of two emeralds. And there is a white diamond next to the snake’s head. Another white diamond is coiled by the snake at the bottom corner of the phone.
Even though it is not as glaring as the snake, the phone is made of 18K rose gold and high quality ceramic technology. This is four times more durable than other phones out there.
However, despite the exclusivity and high quality materials used to manufacture this phone, some people think that this is the ugliest phone they have ever seen. What do you think?
