The Mexico Residence Shows Us How A Modern Luxury Home Should Look Like

I always love beautiful and luxurious homes from Mexico. This country has plenty of brilliant architects and the Mexico Residence is a real proof of that.

Remember that not so long ago with has a lot of fun reading about the Finestre Villas designed by CC Arquitectos. Both of them are an awesome example of architectural masterpiece.

The Mexico Residence was designed by Olson Kundig Architects and it is located Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. This stone modern home will blow your mind with its design and architectural style from the outstanding entrance to its impeccable interior space.

The principal designer is Jim Olson and this remarkable residence is known for its splendid views, great comfort and large living space. You are able to throw some of the most interesting parties here with your friends and family.

The architectural firm has over 105 employees and includes projects such as museums, residential buildings, commercial design, academic buildings, places of worship and interior design.

Their motto comes from simple ideas : “ that buildings can serve as a bridge between nature, culture and people, and that inspiring surroundings have a positive effect on people’s lives.

If you are interested in this great architectural team you can check out their awesome portofolio on their official website here!

Now, this being said, let us teak a peak inside this stone modern luxury home and be amazed by its glamour!

” Set on a sandy beach in Mexico, this seasonal vacation home allows its owner to entertain large numbers of friends and family while maintaining a comfortable private space.

A central, two-story gathering space separates the public areas – living, dining, kitchen and catering – from the master suite. An upstairs floor containing bedrooms, bunkrooms, bathrooms, and a kids’ area can be closed off, maintaining an intimate feel.

The exotic atmosphere is perfectly added with the help of natural elements like palm trees and small ponds and design elements such as the black stones from the bathrooms.

This house from Mexico is just what you were looking for. Picture the vacations spent here, the parties, the incredible family evenings and the gorgeous morning delights.

A strong connection between indoors and outdoors is fostered by sliding pocket doors and multiple outdoor living spaces, as well as deep cantilevered overhangs.

Sustainable features include solar thermal panels and natural ventilation. This modern home is influenced by local traditions.

The outstanding interior design was created by Terry Hunziker Inc , a Seattle based interior design firm specialized in high end residential and commercial projects.
