Public displays of wealth have always been popular around millionaires and billionaires; and although most of them compete on who’s got the biggest yacht, History Supreme blows all of them out of the water!

The yacht in question is a frivolity millionaires can’t afford and you probably need to be in top 10 richest people in the world to afford it.

It’s really hard to understand how could anyone possibly spend this amount of money on a yacht!

History Supreme got the title with a staggering price tag of:

$4.5 billion.

It is worth that because the 30 m yacht is plated with 100 000 kg of gold and platinum.

On the inside we can find a statue made out of a T-Rex’s bone and many other extravagant pieces such as meteorite parts.

Also on board is a luxury liquor bottle featuring an 18.5ct diamond, one of the world’s rarest.

The project took 3 years to complete and was designed by jeweler Stuart Hughes (the creator of the most expensive suit in the world, the most expensive ipad and iphone) and makes it the most expensive yacht in the world.

This piece of jewelry is owned by an anonymous Malaysian businessman, assumed to be Robert Kuok

UPDATE **We’re sad to say that although there was interest in the creation of such a boat, the project will never be brought to reality, the entire concept being perpetuated as an internet prank. But that doesn’t stop us to wonder if this is something we’ll see done in the future, since the world’s richest are growing richer, their yachts are getting more expensive and they’re always on the look out for the next thing to set them apart from everyone else.
