12. Meteor ($28 million)
For those who seek for an exclusive sailboat to own, there is no need to worry because many of them are available on sale. Meteor is among them. Edmiston & Company of Monaco is asking for €25 million for it (around $28 million).
Built by Royal Huisman in 2007, Meteor’s exterior was designed by John G. Alden and John Munford. Munford was also in charge with the interior design alongside Pauline Nunns. One of its best features is the library made out of 100% mahogany.
Meteor can carry up to six guests inside one master suite and two twin cabins. And to cater those guests’ needs, nine crews can get on board.
At full speed, Meteor can reach up to 14.6 knot. And its size is 51.59 meters for length and 9.24 meters for beam.
