Caye Chapel is a small island, 16 miles north-east of Belize City.
It boasts an 18-hole golf course, a deep-water marina, an airstrip and a 25,000-square-foot clubhouse with a large swimming pool and bar.
Islands are the included in the luxury real-estate segment which means that most of the time they can be incredibly overvalued.
As Island in the Belize such as Caye Chapel would normally go for around $45 million but who knows, maybe the owner will get lucky and some billionaire decides to purchase it!
