13. Radamel Falcao ($19 million)
Words down here, Ladies!
On paper, Radamel Falcao is AS Monaco‘s player as he joined the team three years ago. But he has been on loan after playing for the club for one season only. During the 2014-2015 season, he played for Manchester United. And last season, he played for Chelsea.
AS Monaco is paying him $17 million of annual salary and bonus. He also earns from several endorsement deals for $2 million per year. The biggest contributor to that number is Puma.
Yet, his fate has not been decided this season, though. Since the loan deal with Chelsea has expired, he may return to AS Monaco where he still has two years left on his contract. However, rumor has it, he may move to other leagues.
For both the club and the Columbian national team, Falcao plays as a striker. A serious knee injury derailed him from the season as well as the 2014 World Cup. But I’m sure he enjoys his days off with $19 million flying into his pocket every year.
