These Glow-In-the-Dark Heels from Loriblu are the Ultimate Fashion Item!

Loriblu’s New High Heels Are a $3,500 Pair that Glow in the Dark

Loriblu’s New High Heels are what a girl needs on tough days! What do you think?

Everyone knows about those light-up sneakers but what do you wear when you want to attend an event that requires strict dress code? An event that requires you to wear high heels?

Well, we have found the perfect solution for your problems! Yes, thanks to Loriblu you don’t have to worry anymore!

Called Selene, the high heels are hand-embroidered with optical fibers just enough to give them those glowing lines.

Loriblu’s founder Graziano Cucco got his inspiration for the glowing heel after seeing Clarie Danes’ Zac Posen light up dress at the 2016 Met Gala. From there, is all history!

But wait, the shoe also comes in colors! And you can choose to switch off the lights entirely on the bottom of the shoe, but we don’t know why you should ever do that! The entire point of these high heels is glowing!

As expected, these high heels are so exclusive that not anyone can have it and you can’t find it anywhere.

If you want to buy yourself a pair, you’ll have to visit one of the select stores they’re available at like Sentiero in San Francisco.

And there is the issue of the price, because you have to like have $3,500 in your bank account in order to afford these shoes.

“The optical fiber is hand-sewn on the shoe through an allover embroidery which is illuminated with a white light through a hidden mini battery. The biggest challenge for the designer team was to find a location to hide the battery and to handle the shoes without damaging the fiber optic that can be slightly bent, but not folded.”

“The designers have created a space under the sole of the foot to keep the comfort for the woman who wears this pump completely unchanged. By the way, water doesn’t damage the optical fiber and the battery, once exhausted, can simply be replaced free of charge like a normal watch battery.”

“Selene shoes are produced only upon request. For example, in San Francisco Loriblu is exclusively represented by the new Sentiero boutique that has just opened on 11 Maiden Lane. A customer can come into the store to make the order”, said the founder of Loriblu in an interview with Forbes.

What do you think about these glow-in-the-dark shoes? Would you want to own a pair?
