Use a 7.5-inch snowflake cookie cutter to create big snowflake cookies, like the one you see in the first photo.
We recommend to roll the dough on parchment paper to avoid any distortion. Outline the cookies with stiff royal icing and let your imagination run wild. You can also use sugar pearls for a dazzling effect.
