Donald Trump purchased this property just five years ago. It was only a distressed piece of real estate in mid-2011. Then he turned it into a 1,300-acres piece of luxury.
The Trump Winery is a vineyard located in the Monticello Wine Trail of Charlottesville, Virginia. Besides winery, this place is also a clubhouse and open for public rental. In fact, it is a popular private wedding venue in Virginia.
The winery produces some award-winning wines including their best Sauvignon Blanc (won some awards in 2011 and 2013) and Chardonnay (won in 2010, 2012, and 2013).
This property is only valued at $25 million despite the fact that the previous owner spent hundreds of million dollars to build the place. Anyway, it is now owned by Donald’s son, Eric Trump.
