Sean Connery’s net worth could have been even bigger than $300 million hadn’t he donated some of them to charity. So, James Bond is not the only character he embodies in real life. His charity works proved that he has the heart of Robin Hood.
Although he is more commonly known as James Bond, he also portrayed some other big characters like Robin Hood. In 1976, he played Robin Hood in the Robin and Marian. And then again in 1991, he was in Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves but he didn’t play as Robin Hood. He was King Richard the Lionheart.
The money he got from this cameo role was donated to charity. It may not be a huge amount of money but it meant a lot to those in need.
The biggest salary donation he made was probably the one he got from the 1971 James Bond movie, Diamonds are Forever. He gave away his whole $1.2 million salary from this role to his Scottish charity.
