GUCCI releases Paper Fans and the Internet Can’t Handle!

These Stylish GUCCI Paper Fans Will Make Your Summer Days Way Better

GUCCI paper fans are here and we can’t wait to try them especially this summer! Would you buy one? Find out how much you need to pay for it!

Founded in Florence in 1921, Gucci is one of the world’s leading luxury fashion brands, with a renowned reputation for creativity, innovation and Italian craftsmanship.

Gucci is part of the Kering Group, a world leader in apparel and accessories that owns a portfolio of powerful luxury and sport and lifestyle brands.

You are going to need all the help you can get when this summer is going to hit us with all that heat. And so, we are here to help, oh I mean GUCCI is.

Called the “Paper Fan with Owl Print”, as its name suggests, this fan by GUCCI features an owl painted on one side and GUCCI written in Japanese print on the other.

This paper fan, which was made in Japan, comes with a wooden handle, for better use, of course and has a price tag of $250.

But GUCCI didn’t stop there, beside the Owl Print paper fan, Bergdorf Goodman offers a $450 Gucci Fan made of printed silk. Yes, you read that okay!

This higher end “Gucci Modern Future Fan” paper fan is fitted with an ebony handle, and decked with silk tassel.

GUCCI brings the paper fans just in time for you to beat the heat in style, all thanks to its creative director who also made the Donald Duck Capsule Collection, Alessandro Michele.

The team has released a line of paper and silk fans that are available for pre-oder at Bergdorf Goodman.

Expected to ship to you by early May, the fans are a nice addition to GUCCI portfolio, don’t you think?

“A paper fan that was presented on the Spring Summer 2017 runway. One side depicts an owl and the other side has ‘Gucci’ written in Japanese. This fan was made by specialized artisans in Japan based on ancient Japanese designs.”

“While the construction of the uchiwa is indeed traditional, calling its underpinnings “ancient” is sort of like making that claim about a spoon or a pair of socks. The fan isn’t so much a throwback to eras of the past as it is a simple, effective design that hasn’t required updating over the centuries.”

Which one would you choose? Would you pay $250, $450 respectively for some paper fans, but with GUCCI‘s logo?
