The daughter of Paul McCartney is looking for a short-term tenant for her Hamptons Cottage.
Stella McCartney is seeking to rent out her luxurious Hamptons beach cottage for around $30,000 a month.
Built in 1972 and located in Amagansett, New York, the place boasts incredible views over the bay, according to the listing.
The British fashion designer and her husband, Asasdhair Willis, the creative director of Hunter, purchased the place a year ago for $1.5 million.
Turns out, her famous father, Paul McCartney also owns two homes in the same area.
So you’d not only rent Stella McCartney’s place but also be neighbor with her famous father.
Since the couple purchased the property it seems like they haven’t done much with the place. Pictures attached to the listing look like they kept the place as they bought it.
What did they change?
However, they did apply a fresh lick of white paint and removed the two beige sofas in the living room and replaced them with two Seventies-style pattered ones in velvet.
The famous couple even kept the rope light fixtures that look like sailing knots in the open living and dining area.
The room features sliding doors that open towards a wooden deck overlooking the beach.

Featuring three bedrooms, with some pieces of neutral-colored furniture, the place is perfect as a family home.
The kitchen is galley-style, and quite cozy, and works in a breakfast bar at the far wall; cabinets are simple, natural finished oak.
In addition to this place, Stella McCartney also owns a town house in London’s Notting Hill neighborhood, which she purchased in 2007, as well as a place in the English countryside.
The 1,350-square-foot cottage, desirably sited at the end of a long, private dirt lane, is available at a lower but still rate of $30,000 per month.
