Own a celebrity home by buying Tupac’s final home, but for a price! Find out how much!
Tupac, who has a net worth of $43 million, used to rent the nearly 6,000-square-foot mansion in Los Angeles.
The home, where the artist used to live is now on the market for $2.659 million, according to TMZ.
Shakur lived in the house located in the area of Woodland Hills near Calabasas border from 1995 until his death in 1996.
Although his label, Death Row Records, leased the house for him, he wanted to purchase the property but didn’t have the chance.
According to an old Vanity Fair profile of the hip hop artist, he used to offer his house to whoever needed a bed.
Always filled with visiting members of his extended family, he used to live on the estate with his fiancée Kidada Jones, the daughter of music artist Quincy Jones.
You can still find, carved into the concrete, the words: “Let No Man Separate What We Create”, the lyrics to his song, Made Ni**az. Before his death, he made the official video of the same song.
How many times the house changed hands since Tupac?
Since he last lived there, the house went through some serious changes, thanks to the current owner. It cost him around $1 million to get the house in the shape that is today.
So far, since Tupac last owned it, the house changed hands twice.
What are the house’s best features?
The six-bedroom house features luxurious amenities, such as a huge stainless steel stove and a master suite with its own sitting room.
Apart from those amazing features, this property also features an incredible Jacuzzi tub.
Once you step outside, you see a spacious, grassy yard, as well as a pool and outdoor patio with fireplace and grill area.
The new owner of the house can enjoy all of six bedrooms, a huge open-plan kitchen, a gym and multiple bathrooms.
All of this awesomeness is available to you for almost $3 million, if you are interested.
