This 1999 Mercedes Benz Vision SLR Concept is also one of the most expensive Mercedes Cars in the world.
This car is a collaboration between DaimlerChrysler and McLaren Cars Ltd. The vehicle sports a magnificent bodywork design, a key in identifying the car as Mercedes- Benz.
As all of their cars, this one is also designed with perfection and attention to details, and the class of Mercedes-Benz is not missing.
Presented at the Detroit Auto Show in 1999 as ‘Tomorrow’s Silver Arrow’, the car’s name was found in every aspect of the concept vehicle.
Designed as a Gran Turismo of the 21st century, the car had incorporated in its aspect a lot of styling themes from the Silver Arrow Formula One racecars and from the SLR sports cars of the 1950’s, merging them together into fascinating design.
