Hermès Cape Cod Watches Come in Four Masculine Variations!

The stunning Cape Cod watch was first designed in 1991 and quickly proved to be among the best of the best.
Their big family welcomes a few new additions to the French fashion house’s watch category.
You might be familiar with Hermès’ historical link to the riders’ world because of its origins as a leather goods maker, but the brand is now, so much more than it was before.
The brand it is even more than selling clothes and accessories, the French fashion house has also ventured in the world of watchmaking.
Some of their best creations include the Slim d’Hermès and the Cape Cod timepieces.
Now, before Baselworld 2017 arrives in March, the brand has released a few sneak peeks that will be part of the Cape Cod family, meaning they are expanding it with a few masculine models.
Cape Cod was first created in 1991 by Henri d’Origny, the new timepieces feature their famous dial, but in new shades like black, anthracite and black as well as lacquered versions in red and brown.
They are staying true to their heritage and offer those traditional leather straps you love so much, but in variations that showcase its craftsmanship.
Let’s just say a few words about the four new 33mm variations that are powered by the Hermès Manufacture H1912 movement and boast a water resistant of up to 30 meters.
The Cape Cod TGM Manufacture is perfect for those who love something understated but with just a pinch of uniqueness.
The half of the dial features a stamped central décor that sets this timepiece apart. It is available in blue, black, anthracite or opaline and comes with raid Arabic numbers that are seen in coated in rhodium.
The steel case is completed by an anti-glare treated sapphire crystal and is accompanied by leather straps.
Next is the Cape Cod TGM Bicolore, which has a dial similar to the Hermès Cape Cod GM. Also similar with the TGM Manufacture it features the raised rhodium-plated Arabic numerals.
The crystal glare proof sapphire glass protects the dial but stands out from the new additions thanks to its two-tone calfskin leather strap.
The third variation is Cape Cod TGM Cadran Laque that has only one difference from the others. The Cadran Lague features a darker lacquered dial in shades of brown or red.
Unlike the others, this model comes with interchangeable calfskin leather straps in either Ebony Barenia or Hermès red.
Last is Cape Cod TGM Bracelet de force which is a perfect choice for those who prefer a wider yet less bulky timepiece.
It has similar dial like the Bicolore, but the bracelet strap comes in Veronese green alligator leather, black alligator leather, Natural Barenia calfskin leather and Black Barenia calfskin leather.
