Famous British architect Sir David Chipperfield designed this NYC Penthouse overlooking Empire State Building.
Architect’s first project in NYC is The Bryant is located between Fifth and Sixth avenues.
The 34-story building stands parallel to the Empire State Building, which is the center piece of the outdoor space, as well as the living room and master bedroom.
The one of the two penthouses located in the building has a private rooftop view that looks straight at the famous Empire State Building.
The apartment spans on more than 4,000 square feet on the southern half of the building.
The building on West 40th Street has both of a rooftop and open loggia that make the NYC sky their center spot.
The open loggia spreads on two floors and looks directly at the famous building.
The residence is by far the most expensive in the building, where prices usually ranged between $1.9 million to $9.4 million for a 30th-level four-bedroom.
This listing has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, plus two powder rooms.
The rooftop space has an adjoining solarium and wet bar, and the double-height loggia add another 1,000 square feet of outdoor space.
Some of the features of the building include the 11-foot-tall ceilings on the lower level. As well as terrazzo flooring, a double-height loggia, a Red Jasper marble fireplace, and radiant heated flooring throughout the apartment.
The building also features a private elevator, service entrance and heated floors, according to the listing.
The other penthouse, which hasn’t unveiled yet, is boating views over the Bryant Park.
Among Sir Chipperfield’s most famous buildings there are a half a dozen museums around the world.
The architect worked alongside New York-based architecture and interior design firm Stonehill & Taylor Architects to develop The Bryant.
