I cannot access the courses on the Alux app.
The Alux app is a different platform to the Alux website where you can access your courses.
The courses can only be accessed through our website, www.alux.org, while the Alux app is a subscription-based platform that offers daily lessons, stories and special learning packs.
What happens if I forget my password?
Don’t worry! You can send us an email at contact@alux.com and we will send you a temporary password so you can get back into your account.
