Drake’s $8 Million Mansion Complete With Pool Puts Hugh Hefner’s Home to Shame
Turns out that Drake’s $8 million mansion complete with pool puts Hugh Hefner’s Playboy mansion to shame, according to Drake.
The rapper believes that his Los Angeles mansion, its pool to be more precise, could put Hefner’s estate to shame.
But let’s see if you are on Drake’s side this time and check out the interior of the $8 million Hidden Hills property!
A while ago, the rapper has been making headlines with his plans to build a gigantic property in Toronto, but he needs to wait because of the city’s zoning department.
Until the wait is complete, the musician is enjoying the time he gets to spend in his Hidden Hills, California estate.
Drake bought the property from Saddle Ranch’s owner Larry Pollack in 2012, for which he paid $7.7 million.
The luxurious estate comes complete with a tennis court, in-home gym, and a magnificent pool. As it turns out, the area might include several man-made grottoes complete with iron torches.
Because the pool is one of the largest pools featured in a private estate in the US, you understand why Drake is bragging about.
The 12,500-square-foot mansion was on the market for $29 million until the rapper spotted it and suggested to the owner that he might need money and got himself a deal of just $7.7 million.
According to a Rolling Stone interview, Drake wanted the house because of the pool. In the interview he admitted that he is “obsessive” when it comes to pools.
“I was like, ‘What are the world’s craziest residential pools?’ And when I searched online, this came up. This house was the desktop image on my computer years before I bought it,” Drake told the Rolling Stones magazine.
The house boasts a total of six bedrooms and ten bathrooms, and a pool aside. The YOLO Estate is located 30 miles outside of Los Angeles, and has been revered for its full party set up, with only available photographs available are promotional stills from before the home was bought by Drake.
Drake is a Canadian-born rapper and actor, whose real estate collection just got bigger and more awesome.
